Inventory Controller

The Inventory Controller is responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining accurate inventory levels across the warehouse. The role includes coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure materials are stocked, recorded, and issued correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and update inventory records in the system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.
• Work closely with purchasing and suppliers regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, or missing items and report issues promptly.
• Ensure all inventory activities follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Support audits and prepare inventory-related reports as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2-4 years of inventory management processes.
• Hands -on experience on ERP systems is a must .
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with inventory software and MS Office.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
