We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investment Director for a leading Real Estate Company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate investments, banking relationships, fundraising, and securing financing from banks and financial institutions to support the company’s expansion and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s investment and financing strategy
• Lead fundraising activities and secure financing from banks and financial institutions
• Manage relationships with local and regional banks, investors, and financial partners
• Structure and negotiate loan facilities, project financing, and investment agreements
• Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations for real estate projects
• Identify new investment opportunities and support business growth initiatives
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, financing opportunities, and economic developments within the Saudi real estate sector
• Collaborate with executive management on strategic planning and expansion initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, or real estate finance
• Strong experience in dealing with banks and financial institutions within Saudi Arabia
• Proven track record in securing loans, project financing, and investment funding
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of the Saudi real estate market and investment landscape
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
