Position: Investment Relations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic clients
- Present luxury housing investment opportunities with confidence and professionalism
- Conduct investment meetings, portfolio discussions, and project presentations
- Build investor databases and manage client engagement pipelines
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams for seamless investor servicing
- Prepare investment proposals, financial summaries, and market insights
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and investment forums
- Ensure exceptional client experience from inquiry to deal closure
Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Marketing
- Real Estate Management
- Economics or related field
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in:
- Real estate investment sales
- Client relationship management
- Wealth/investment advisory
- Luxury property consulting
