The Role (Executive Mandate):

• Strategic Asset Allocation: Define and lead the long-term investment philosophy for KiliFI, managing a diverse portfolio across real estate, private equity, and fixed-income assets.
• Market Intelligence: Direct deep-dive macroeconomic research and risk assessment to capitalize on Oman’s emerging urban development and "Future Cities" initiatives.
• Portfolio Governance: Oversee the performance of multi-million OMR funds, ensuring strict adherence to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and international ESG standards.
• High-Level Advisory: Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the Board and key institutional partners, presenting investment cases for large-scale urban and commercial projects.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of senior analysts and portfolio managers, fostering a culture of rigorous analytical excellence and ethical investment practices.

Prerequisites (The Must-Haves):

• Experience: 12+ years in Investment Management or Finance, with at least 5 years in a Director or C-Suite capacity.
• Technical Mastery: Proven track record of managing AUM (Assets Under Management) exceeding OMR 50M. Professional certification (CFA or CAIA) is mandatory.
• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or an MBA from a top-tier institution.
• Location Presence: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Muscat, with a focus on Al Mouj’s business ecosystem.
