Invitation for Quotations Vehicle Rental Services

Established in 1991, Shifa Foundation, a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., is a not-for-profit organization working in the areas of Health, Nutrition, and Safe Water for underserved communities across Pakistan.

Shifa Foundation is currently implementing the project “Community-Level Lead Exposure Source Assessment and Awareness” and invites sealed quotations from eligible firms for provision of rental vehicles in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Required Vehicle Services

Rates must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST and withholding tax.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements

Interested firms/vendors must fulfill the following requirements:

• Valid NTN and GST registration
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Rent-a-Car business
• Submission of:
  • Company Profile
  • Financial Proposal (PKR)
  • Registration Certificates
  • NTN & STN Certificates
  • Company Address and Contact Details
  • Authorized Representative Details
  • Last Year Bank Statement
  • Relevant Experience Documents

Terms & Conditions

• Sealed bids must clearly mention “QUOTATION FOR VEHICLE RENTAL”
• Bid submission deadline is May 24, 2026
• Bids will be opened by the Procurement Committee after closing date
• Lowest price shall not be the sole criteria for selection
• Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids without assigning any reason
• Monthly rental shall include driver salary, accommodation, and all applicable taxes
• Alternate vehicle must be provided immediately in case of breakdown/repair
• Toll taxes will be reimbursed on actual basis against valid receipts
• Payments will be made through cross cheque on monthly basis
