Invoicing Specialist/ Dispatcher

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work history;
• Must have a clean driving record;
• Must be able to pass criminal background check, convictions will be considered on a case by case basis;
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have legible handwriting, good communication skills, basic computer skills, dispatching experience preferred, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Knowledge of office practices, procedures, along with knowledge of the Material Handling Industry, and ability to communicate verbally, written, electronically with both employees and customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This is a highly responsible and detailed clerical position within the Service Department.
• Position requires direct communication with the Service Technicians.
• Position will be directly responsible for receiving, recording, opening field service work orders and acquiring proper payment information required for that specific account at the time of dispatch to assure a smooth process.
• Will need to track all Service Technician activities and assure that they are being efficient.
• Will track, schedule and follow up on all Work Orders created in the Soft Base system.
• May at times be required to interact with vendors, customers and or technicians in order to procure the proper supplies needed to perform Field Service.
• Will develop and maintain a good relationship with the customers, vendors, technicians, and all staff.
• Position requires working with the Over the Road Drivers to Pick up and deliver equipment vital to the success of Lift Truck Supply.
• Position requires the use of Nextiva VOIP System and will also need to be available away from office while in the shop area or other areas.
• Dispatcher should if possible, have Technicians scheduled for the next day by the end of the previous day to assure that all time is being billed to customer and not lost time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
