Duties

• Lead and supervise irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance activities across multiple sites
• Coordinate daily work schedules for crew members, ensuring timely completion of projects
• Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct inspections of irrigation systems, lawns, and landscapes to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in irrigation system installation and repair with strong mechanical knowledge
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery safely
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, water management practices, and environmental sustainability
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing system issues

Pay: $23.72 - $28.56 per hour
