IT Admin Assistant

We are looking for a talented IT Admin Assistant to join our team in a full-time, office-based role. If you’re a detail-oriented individual with strong research skills, computer proficiency, and a drive to support IT and administrative functions, we want to hear from you! This position involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday to Saturday, at our office in Bahria Town, Phase 4, Civic Center, Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:

Conduct internet research and compile data in Google Sheets

Gather and update contact information for companies and professionals

Create and format professional documents

Manage product listings on WooCommerce and Shopify

Oversee e-commerce store operations

Develop and implement administrative processes

Handle additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in English: Strong written and verbal skills are essential

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using popular software, tools, and websites, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly

Detail-Oriented and Logical: Ability to think critically and ensure accuracy in tasks

Punctual and Reliable: Able to commute to the office on time for night shifts

Professional Attitude: Responsible, organized, and proactive in handling tasks

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in BSCS, BSIT, or a related field is required

Minimum of 1 years of experience using computer software/tools (preferred)
