IT Administrator

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure in the Dubai DIP office, with a strong focus on Odoo/ERP system implementation and management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, provide technical support to end-users, and lead ERP-related projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Perform regular system backups and data recovery

2. User and Security Management

• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
• Implement and maintain network and system security measures
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

3. ERP / Odoo Focused Responsibilities

• Lead or assist with Odoo/ERP implementation, upgrades, and configuration
• Customize ERP modules as per business requirements
• Train and support users on ERP system functionalities
• Ensure data integrity and smooth ERP system operation

4. Support and Documentation

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Assist in technology procurement, budgeting, and vendor management
• Stay updated with the latest IT and ERP trends and technologies
