Job Title: Assistant IT & Technical Support

Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our IT department as an Assistant IT & Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical assistance to our team, ensuring optimal functionality of hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to IT support requests through various channels, providing effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Collaborate with end-users to understand and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.

Monitor and maintain IT inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment availability.

Implement and enforce IT security protocols, including antivirus software and firewall configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of new technologies.

Document and update technical procedures, creating user-friendly guides for common issues. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements to provide proactive technical solutions. Provide training sessions for end-users on new technologies or software updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in Technical Support Roles.

Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary Package: 30000 – 40000

Job Timings: 7pm till 5am ( Night Shift )
