Job Function -Operations Department

What will you do?-

● Coordinate and supervise freelance writers and editors working on IT and technology content.

● Conduct research on IT topics such as software, SaaS products, emerging technologies, cybersecurity, AI, cloud solutions, and digital tools based on client requirements.

● Edit, proofread, and review content for grammar, clarity, structure, technical correctness, and consistency.

● Ensure all published content meets high editorial standards for accuracy and readability.

● Optimize articles using SEO best practices (keywords, headings, meta requirements, internal linking, etc.).

● Write long-form and short-form IT content when needed.

● Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content delivery.

● Ensure alignment with company guidelines, tone, and client briefs.

● Maintain quality while handling a fast-paced production schedule.

What we expect from you?-

● Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related technical field.

● Experience in content editing, proofreading, and quality checking, preferably in IT or tech domains.

● Strong command of written and spoken English.

● Excellent research and analytical abilities to understand technical concepts.

● Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs & Sheets.

● High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

● Strong teamwork skills with leadership potential.
