What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor's degree (or above), Masters preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Digital Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Experience in leading regional teams in a cross functional environment
  • Experience working in regional or global roles, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, integration, object models, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of digital innovation, process automation, and data management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across cultures.
  • Strong influencing skills, able to work confidently and effectively with multiple departments and levels within the organization.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with hands on execution ability.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Develop and execute a region specific digital transformation roadmap.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance business performance.
  • Align APAC digital initiatives with global digital strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to map and transition analog processes into digitalization.
  • Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among business functions, departments and regions.
  • Measure ROI for digital projects and fine tune approaches as needed.
Collaboration with Global Digital Team
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for global and country digital team.
  • Share insights, coordinate on cross regional projects.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms within APAC operations.
Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with senior leaders across finance, supply chain, commercial, and operations to understand needs and co create solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes of digital initiatives to APAC and global leadership.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team including Data Analytics Managers, IT Leads, and Commercial Digital Managers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build future digital leadership.
Project & Performance Management
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of regional digital projects.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Define KPIs and regularly report on digital performance to regional and global stakeholders.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure digital activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Identify risks associated with digital transformation and implement mitigation strategies.
