NOW HIRING — IT Administrator

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with strong knowledge of:

✅ PBX / IP-PBX / Telephony Management

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science / Telecom or related field

Key Responsibilities:

-Install, configure, and maintain CCTV / IP Cameras and ensure continuous monitoring and storage.

-Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PBX systems (analog, digital, or IP-based).

-Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.

-Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and internet services.

-Install and update software, antivirus, and security patches.

-Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.

-Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations, and system upgrades.

-Ensure data backup and system security protocols are followed.

-Respond to user queries and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.

-Support biometric/attendance system connectivity.

Skills Required:

✔ Strong troubleshooting skills

✔ Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, and switches

✔ Hands-on CCTV and PBX experience (Must)
