1) IT Hardware Technician and Inventory Management

• Manage and control all IT assets
• Identify and catalogue all IT assets within the organization, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Coordinate the procurement process for new IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements under warranty.
• Maintain a centralized inventory database or system to store asset information.
• Update the inventory database regularly to reflect changes, additions, and disposals.
• Monitor the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.

Skills & Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation
• Inventory & Asset management.
• Reporting Skills
• Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, in English languages
• At least year of experience in IT technical support/ Hardware troubleshooting
• Hardware Knowledge: Understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting hardware issues
• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), common software applications, and troubleshooting software-related problems.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or computer science, or related
