IT Manager

The IT Manager is the strategic and operational leader of the Information Technology department, responsible for overseeing the reliable operation, security, and integrity of the entire organizational IT infrastructure. This senior role requires a blend of technical expertise in networking, cloud services, and security, combined with strong leadership skills to manage projects, staff, and budgets effectively, ensuring IT strategy aligns with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or
management role.
• Proven experience with network administration (TCP/IP, VPN,
Switches, Firewalls), cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure), and
server management (Windows/Linux).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical
users.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, PMP,
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python).
