About the Role

AZ Construction & Renovation (AZCR) is seeking a dual-skilled IT & Marketing Coordinator to support our rapidly growing construction and restoration company. This role is 50% IT support and 50% digital marketing/SEO, with daily tasks ranging from Microsoft 365 troubleshooting to managing our website and online presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Systems (50%)

• Manage Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
• Set up & maintain laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking (Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls).
• Daily help desk support for office and field teams.
• Maintain user accounts, backups, antivirus, and IT asset inventory.
• Document simple how-to guides and coordinate with vendors when needed.

Marketing, Website & SEO (50%)

• Update and manage WordPress website (pages, photos, plugins).
• Execute local SEO for Tucson & Scottsdale (metadata, keywords, Google Maps ranking).
• Manage Google Business Profiles, online listings, and post new project content.
• Monitor reviews and support reputation management.
• Track website traffic, keyword trends, and lead performance.
• Assist with basic content creation for social media and project highlights.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2–3+ years IT support (Microsoft 365, Windows, networking basics).
• 2+ years SEO or digital marketing (local SEO preferred).
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile.
• Strong writing, organization, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

• Construction/restoration industry experience.
• Basic HTML/CSS & light design/photo editing.
• Familiarity with PSA Canam systems or similar platforms.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-site Tucson; remote support for Scottsdale).
