Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and stable internet connections across all branches and offices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi, routers, modems, and network devices.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and POS systems.
• Buy or source new PCs, laptops, and IT equipment when required.
• Set up new devices, including software installation and configuration.
• Maintain and update IT inventory, including hardware and licenses.
• Ensure smooth functioning of email accounts, online tools, and office software.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, upgrades, and new purchases.
• Provide quick support to staff for any IT-related issues.
• Perform general IT tasks to ensure the company’s operations run without interruption.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of internet troubleshooting, networking, and hardware setup.
• Ability to diagnose and solve common IT problems quickly.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and common software tools.
• Good communication skills and a responsible, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
