Common duties and responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to and resolve user inquiries, system alerts, and support operational tasks.
• Assist with software configurations, installations, and updates.
• Work closely with the development and operations teams for system improvements.
• Maintain logs and reports for technical issues and resolutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often required.
• Two or more Relevant experience in hardware maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to hospital staff.
