Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and oversee our partner’s IT infrastructure. This role involves handling IT assets, licenses, and security policies, as well as providing technical support and digital solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and be capable of managing various IT tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and services (Azure, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Experience managing Active Directory and implementing security policies
  • Proficiency in network management, backup and recovery solutions, and software configuration
  • Ability to develop and deliver user training and documentation
  • Experience with vendor management and ensuring compliance with IT standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT assets, ensuring proper inventory and licence compliance
  • Administer Active Directory, handling user accounts and access control
  • Implement basic security policies and monitor threats
  • Support and configure Microsoft tools (Azure, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Develop digital solutions to improve organizational efficiency
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connectivity
  • Implement and test backup and recovery procedures
  • Install, configure, and update software applications
  • Create and deliver training materials and sessions for users
  • Manage vendor relationships for IT procurement and support
  • Recommend technology solutions and ensure compliance with standards
  • Monitor IT systems, perform maintenance, and address performance issues
