Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments including installation, updates, roles and features, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Provide support for Windows Desktop OS (Windows 10/11) including configuration, patching, and issue resolution.
- Work with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) for administration and support.
- Administer Office 365 including user creation, license management, mailbox configuration, and email troubleshooting.
- Perform routine server and workstation maintenance, including monitoring, backups, and applying security updates.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN network issues and provide support for routers, switches, and firewall devices.
- Perform basic Linux administration involving updates, user management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Use PowerShell for basic automation, script execution, and administrative tasks.
- Provide end-user IT support through remote tools and on-site assistance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement operational improvements, new solutions, and best practices.
- Continuously learn and upskill in areas such as networking, virtualization, cloud services, and automation.
Must have Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows Desktop OS.
- Good understanding of Office 365 administration and cloud-based tools.
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching).
- Intermediate-level experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
- Basic proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
Good to have:
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience working with backup solutions and disaster recovery tools.

Qualification:
