Paid Internship – IT Partner Executive (Talent Acquisition & Partner Management)

Location: [Your Location / Remote / Hybrid]

Duration: 3–6 Months (Performance-based extension or full-time opportunity)

Stipend: ₹[7-10k] per month/ as per the interview.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Partner Executive Intern to support our Talent Acquisition & Partner Management functions. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in IT recruitment, vendor/partner management, and stakeholder coordination.

You will work closely with internal teams, external hiring partners, and candidates to ensure smooth hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with IT hiring partners, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Coordinate and support direct hiring activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update partner and candidate databases.
  • Follow up with partners and internal teams to ensure timely closures.
  • Draft job descriptions, post job openings, and track application pipelines.
  • Assist in negotiations, onboarding coordination, and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly reports on hiring progress and partner performance.
  • Support employer branding initiatives across platforms like LinkedIn and job portals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (completed or final year) in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a professional approach.
