Job Description:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead project team meetings with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party consultants.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Customer and TCS teams, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure all tasks are completed as per the agreed scope within budget with high quality.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including:
• Project charter, governance plans, and progress reports.
• Technical and business requirements.
• Meeting minutes, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Provide weekly and monthly status reports to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Ensure alignment between internal customer stakeholders across multiple teams and TCS delivery and functional/ops teams.
• Facilitate regular communication between teams to ensure clarity on objectives and progress.
• Act as the escalation point for resolving stakeholder concerns.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with expertise in managing complex technology outsourcing projects
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across various levels.
• Customer management experience, including contract management, payment milestones and other project operations

Certifications :

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner).
• Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) for managing iterative project phases.
