IT Project Execution Coordinator (onsite)

• Act as a primary communication bridge between clients, project management, technical teams, field engineers, sales, procurement, and vendors.
• Assist in planning and scheduling networking projects, including LAN/WAN deployments, Wi-Fi rollouts, data center implementations, and fiber/copper installations.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth on-site execution in alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and promptly escalate issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure the availability of required resources such as field engineers, tools, equipment, materials, and site access.
• Lead and coordinate activities between Field Engineers (FEs) and remote teams, and provide end-of-activity summaries.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly status reports with clients and internal management.
• Manage project-related communications, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, site surveys, BOQs, installation reports, sign-off sheets, project trackers, and dashboards.
• Support field teams during deployment by providing technical documentation, diagrams, and instructions.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and client requirements across all project phases.
• Assist in preparing formal project documents such as Statements of Work (SOW), Project Plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for field engineer arrangements when required.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager to support overall project objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
