Job Summary:
Furation Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive individual capable of ensuring timely closures, quality hiring, and a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for IT roles. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical requirements and plan effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and professional networks. Conduct preliminary technical assessments and evaluations to ensure suitability for specific roles. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and trackers to ensure transparency and accuracy. Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay informed about industry trends, market compensation, and emerging technologies relevant to recruitment. Partner with internal HR teams for offer roll-outs, background verification, and onboarding formalities. Mentor and guide junior recruiters on sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of IT skills and technical roles, including Niche Skills.
Proven ability to hire for mid to senior-level technical roles within set timelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Prior experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Product-based organizations is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
