IT Operations and Infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, laptops, and peripherals
- Provide Level 1–3 technical support to on-site and remote users
- Set up and manage user accounts, access control, hardware provisioning, and software installations
- Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, inventory logs, and support tickets
- Ensure business continuity through regular system backups, failover testing, and software patching
Database Management
- Administer and optimise relational databases
- Handle database backups, restores, access security, and performance tuning
- Develop stored procedures, queries, and reporting scripts
- Ensure data integrity and high availability across all business systems
ERP Systems Support
- Administer, configure, and support ERP platform
- Work with department heads to gather system requirements and implement new features or workflows
- Handle ERP issue tracking, vendor coordination, user training, and documentation
- Support integration of ERP systems with third-party tools and APIs
Cybersecurity and Compliance
- Monitor firewall rules, antivirus software, endpoint protection, and device encryption
- Enforce IT policies related to access, password management, email security, and acceptable use
- Assist in audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews for ISO, GDPR, or other compliance standards
Cloud and Remote Access
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or AWS resources
- Support VPN, remote desktop services, and mobile device management (MDM)
- Monitor cloud backups, storage usage, and user provisioning
