We are currently looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our team in
Şişli İstanbul
in the following position:
IT Specialist.
The position will report directly to the Head of IT Fruit and BPO and dotted line to AFI General Manager.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent,
-
Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
-
Minimum work experience over 3-4 years around Windows Server operation at the manufacturing company,
-
Basic Knowledge of Firewalls, VLANs, Access Point and Switches,
-
Experience with IT hardware/software maintenance & patch management,
-
Familiar with servers and internet maintenance, such as Cisco switch and Microsoft Hyper-V,
-
Skill in office equipment maintenance, AD management, and application software knowledge.

Familiar with maintenance of label printers and scanners,
-
Valid driving license and willingness to travel (both domestic and international),
-
SAP knowledge is preferred, especially in logistics modules.
Key Responsibilities
-
Determine, install and maintain Network Infrastructure,
-
Set up WAN Connection to AGRANA HQ and implement Firewall rules in alignment with Corporate IT,
-
Set up and manage a local network based on rules of technic,
-
Ensure a state-of-the-art IT environment (Clients, Network, Server),
-
Ensure reliable Backup and Recovery Systems for IT Infrastructure,
-
Support, install, configure, test and troubleshoot end user workstations, servers, networks, printers and applications. This includes devices used for shop floor data collection in the plant,
-
Coordinate the management of enterprise class of IT Infrastructure with global networking based on Cisco and Hyper-V,
-
Support shopfloor infrastructure like label printers and scanners

Support the global operation of active directory systems.
SAP Support:
-
1st level support in SAP questions for key users and users,
-
Exchange and support with other regional experts and locations regarding SAP issues,
-
Recording and tracking of both errors and change requests.

Development of changes / suggestions for improvement in SAP together with the specialist departments,
-
Execution of tests, release of program adaptations and updates for production operation,
-
Preparation of training documents and implementation of training courses in the respective specialist areas.
