IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

· Install & configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners

· Support ERP installation, integration, and user training

· Customize workflows, intranet portal, and website features

· Troubleshoot issues (remote & onsite) and perform diagnostics

· Test new technologies and update software/drivers

· Provide company-wide technical support and equipment repairs

· Manage SharePoint sites and intranet/website updates and development.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s in Computer Science

· Hardware & networking knowledge

· Minimum 2 years’ experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
