A well known fashion designing company, located in DHA Karachi, is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support & Software Technician to join our dynamic team.

Position: IT Support & Software Technician
Location: DHA, Karachi
Industry: Fashion Designing / Luxury Retail

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, POS systems, and printers.
• Manage data backups, system updates, and network security.
• Support digital tools and software used in fashion design and production.
• Coordinate with management for system improvements and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred (fashion or retail background will be a plus).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and basic software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
