IT Support Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all IT aspects for the office and operations, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of computer systems and software, as well as phones (PBX, landlines, mobiles, Linkus). Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi routers, handle cabling, and oversee NVR and IP camera's
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues integration like Zoho etc. promptly address any technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations..
- Guide staff through the setup of systems and promptly address any technical issues they encounter.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project milestones.
- Conduct regular reviews of IT systems, recommending improvements to optimize performance
- System and data backup, biometric system, CCTVs and locks, network projectors, printers, employee access.
- Answer all support calls/emails and record them for reporting purposes.
- IT vendor selection and management, including hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for common IT tasks.
- Collaborate and work closely with other external IT team members, and SEO team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support.
Candidate should be ready to join immediately.
Good Communication skills is a must. Speaking proficiency in English
Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
