About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to handle day-to-day IT operations, user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system maintenance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-user systems and ensuring smooth IT functioning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows, MS Office, network issues, etc.).
- Manage and monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.
- Handle email configuration (Outlook/Thunderbird/Google Workspace).
- Regular system updates, antivirus monitoring, and security patching.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and hardware procurement.
- Support for CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and office peripherals.
- Backup management and basic server support (if required).
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets and daily IT operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support/desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, hardware components.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred (optional—add/remove as needed).
Salary Range
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Work Schedule
- Location: Borivali (W), Mumbai – 400092
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: Standard business hours
