IT Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Support Technician with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and computer configuration. The role involves providing support to ensure smooth daily operations for our office.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and other office devices.
• Assist in setting up and configuring new computer systems for staff.
• Provide basic IT support and training to staff as needed.
• Ensure that all systems and devices are operating efficiently.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of computers and common software.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
