ITI Civil Technician / Civil Site Technician

Role Objective

To assist in civil construction activities at site by performing measurements, supervision, layout marking, material handling, and technical support as per drawings and project requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Site Execution & Supervision

• Assist in execution of civil works like brickwork, plastering, shuttering, concreting, flooring, and reinforcement as per specifications.
• Mark layout lines and levels using measuring tools and instruments.
• Monitor daily activities of labour and ensure work is done according to standards.
• Support site engineer in preparing daily progress reports.

B. Measurement & Drawings

• Read and interpret civil drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Take accurate site measurements and maintain measurement sheets.
• Assist in preparing estimates for materials and labour.

C. Material Handling & Quality

• Receive, inspect, and maintain records of construction materials.
• Ensure correct usage and minimum wastage of materials.
• Check the quality of cement, sand, bricks, aggregates, and concrete mix.

D. Equipment & Tools

• Operate and maintain civil instruments like spirit level, auto level, measuring tape, drill machines, etc.
• Report any defective tools and request replacement or maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,253.41 - ₹20,000.00 per month
