Key Responsibilities:

The IT/Network Administrator will be crucial in providing technical support and maintaining our internal systems, including:

• Hardware & Network Maintenance: Assisting with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and basic network devices (routers, switches).
• User Support: Providing first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• System Upgrades: Supporting the deployment of new software and operating system updates.

Note: While previous work experience is a plus, motivated freshers with an B.Tech in Computer Science qualification are strongly encouraged to apply! Your foundational knowledge is exactly what we need.
