Janitor II

2 full-time janitors needed - 2 shifts available! Must have knowledge of industrial cleaning, experience with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and ride-on cleaning equipment. FT 30-40 hrs/wk; $17.75 per/hr. Available shifts: 4:00pm-12:30am or 12am-8:30am. Please be sure to include your availability when you apply.

Summary

In accordance with Assets, Inc. core values and mission, this position provides direct labor service at Assets, Inc contract job sites. This position is expected to provide all aspects of janitorial services in a manner that is consistent with industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High school education; or six months janitorial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
