Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dependable Ground Men and Women to join our cleaning and maintenance team as Janitor/Cleaner Ground Men. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various outdoor and indoor areas, ensuring a pristine environment for staff and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the overall appearance and functionality of our facilities, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of outdoor areas, including sweeping, debris removal, and trash collection to maintain a tidy environment.
• Assist with interior cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, elevators glass windows and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Support floor care activities including Scrubbing and Sweeping of breezeways.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.Qualifications
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as well as indoors with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality; ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing manual tasks throughout the shift.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
