THIS IS A FAST PACE JOB!!

Responsibilities :

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors , sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming Perform routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills

$100.00 sign on bonus will be given to employee if he/she is with our company for 1 month and is performing great

*You must be able to do basic cleaning such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and trash.

*You must have reliable transportation to and from the job which is located in Baton rouge

*You must be ok with working the hours (3:30pm -9:00 pm )Monday- Friday
