Janitor/Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, and facilities maintenance, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility.
• Assist with cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
