Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Jasper Reports Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JasperReports, SQL, and data visualization techniques, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver accurate and actionable reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom reports using JasperReports / Jaspersoft Studio.
• Integrate reports with enterprise applications and databases.
• Analyze reporting requirements and build data models, queries, and visualizations.
• Optimize existing reports for performance, accuracy, and usability.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure high data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and deployment.
• Maintain documentation for report designs, configurations, and data sources.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with JasperReports / Jaspersoft Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and relational databases (Oracle / MySQL / SQL Server).
• Experience with Java-based report integration.
• Knowledge of report scheduling, security, and parameterization.
