Position: Java Full Stack Lead
Experience: 8+ years total with minimum 4+ years in a Lead role
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or within 1 week
CTC: Up to 35 LPA (extendable to 40 LPA for strong profiles)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead who can lead a high-performing engineering team while working hands-on with both backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React JS, along with proven leadership and project delivery experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and technical excellence.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices on the backend.
• Develop rich, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React JS.
• Participate in design discussions, solution architecture, and technical decision-making.
• Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across backend, frontend, and microservices layers.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Guide the team on modern development frameworks, tools, and engineering best practices.
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and technical guidance for the team.

Required Skill SetTechnical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Core Java, Collections, and Multithreading.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and building Microservices architecture.
• Frontend experience with React JS, Redux, Hooks, and modern UI integrations.
• Knowledge of REST API design, API integration, and microservices communication patterns.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments is a plus.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of lead experience managing or mentoring developers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to drive technical discussions, architectural decisions, and problem-solving.
• High ownership mindset with a focus on timely delivery and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced environments.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent field.
• Total 8+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Immediate or 1-week joiners only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
