Java Software Engineer

Job Location: Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Skills Required:

• Java: Strong core Java, Spring Boot stack
• SQL: Strong experience (Oracle preferred) with Native SQL queries
• JPA/Hibernate: Familiarity required
• Comfortable with both coding (30–50% of role) and some leadership/mentoring work
