
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Cooking Tasks: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards in the main kitchen, ensuring high quality and presentation.
Makeline Operations: Work on the makeline to assemble and prepare pizza and other menu items quickly and accurately, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
Pizza Dispatching: Manage the dispatching of pizzas, ensuring they are properly assembled, cooked, and presented for delivery or customer pickup.
Ingredient Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, measuring spices, and preparing sauces.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food items and maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations and sanitation practices.
Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is adequately stocked.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Learning and Development: Continuously seek to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills through training and mentorship from senior chefs.
