We are looking for a confident, efficient, and career-driven female professional to join our team as an Operational Coordinator at our I-9 dealership. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to manage daily operational tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational flow of the dealership
• Coordinate between departments (Sales, Service, Parts, HR & Accounts)
• Maintain operational documentation and reports
• Assist in customer handling and complaint logging
• Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth execution of dealership processes
• Follow up with internal teams for timely task completion

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates preferred
• Bachelor’s degree Preferably B.com M.com(fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word mandatory)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude, disciplined, and well-organized
