Job Title: Civil Engineer (Dubai Municipality – Building Maintenance Certificate Required)

We are urgently looking for a Civil Engineer who holds a Dubai Municipality Building Maintenance Certificate. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in building maintenance, site supervision, and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all building maintenance activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with DM regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control on all maintenance works.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Dubai Municipality Certified – Building Maintenance (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Available for immediate joining (preferred).
