About the Role:

Home Offer 365 is hiring a Real Estate Apprentice to work directly with the CEO and co-founder and gain hands-on experience across all areas of a real estate investment company. This is a fast-paced, learning-focused role inside a tech-driven company buying properties in 12+ states.

What You’ll Do & Learn:

• Work directly with the CEO
• Support marketing, acquisitions, dispositions, and transaction coordination teams
• Assist acquisitions agents with deal flow and underwriting
• Learn how deals move from lead → contract → closing
• Help coordinate between multiple departments to keep transactions moving

Compensation Structure:
