Johnson County Real Estate Agent - Full Time

Job Summary

KC Homes 365 is a focused, high-performing real estate team operating under Keller Williams Realty Partners in Overland Park, KS. Our team lead brings 44 years of experience in this market — and the systems, relationships, and infrastructure that come with it. We're not a big-box operation. We're a tight-knit group built around doing the work at a consistently high level. Transaction coordination, marketing support, CRM, leads, and a well-known brand in JoCo are all already in place. We're looking for an agent ready to step in and put them to work.

What this role looks like day-to-day

This is a structured, schedule-driven position. You'll time block your mornings for lead generation and database outreach, and protect your afternoons and evenings for appointments, showings, and closings. If you thrive with routine and accountability, you'll fit right in.

Your primary focus will be Johnson County, KS, with broader KC Metro coverage as your business dictates. In practice, where you spend most of your time will follow where your database lives — agents who come in with an established presence in a specific submarket will work that area. This is not a desk job — you're in the market, in front of people, every week.

What we're looking for

  • Active Kansas and Missouri real estate licenses with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience
  • 10+ closed transactions — you know the process end to end
  • A genuine desire to build real income in real estate — not a side project, not a part-time pursuit
  • Verbal communicator — you enjoy being on the phone, you're comfortable talking to strangers, and you don't dread follow-up calls
  • Organized and self-directed — you can manage a pipeline, keep notes, and follow through without being managed
  • Willing to work a structured weekly schedule with lead gen time blocked in the mornings
  • Open to coaching, feedback, and doing things the team way — including a Tom Ferry-aligned coaching framework

Compensation

100% commission-based. Split structure provided during the interview process. Top producers on our team earn strong six-figure incomes — the structure, leads, and support are already in place. What you do with them is up to you.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
