Media Land Group is opening opportunities for freelance professionals to support our production and project teams for upcoming events, exhibitions, and conferences.

We're building a strong pool of experienced talent who can join us on a project basis, with the potential for full time roles based on performance and project needs.

Who We're Looking For

• Production Manager
• Site Manager
• Events Coordinator / Project Coordinator
• Production / Events Supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience in the events, exhibitions, or live communication industry
• Hands on experience in event production, operations, or project coordination
• Ability to work under tight timelines and in a fast paced environment
• Based in the UAE or willing to travel for projects (KSA exposure is a plus)

What You'll Be Involved In

• Supporting event and production delivery from planning to on site execution
• Coordinating with suppliers, venues, and internal teams
• Assisting with timelines, logistics, and on ground operations
• Ensuring project quality, safety, and client requirements are met
