Joinery Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and coordinate all joinery and woodworking activities on site or in our workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to drawings and specifications, and timely completion of projects while managing a team of carpenters and joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily work activities to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and solve on-site joinery issues.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Prepare daily reports and update supervisors on project progress.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
