Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and safety protocols.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and components required for plumbing installations or repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues in existing plumbing systems.
• Follow all safety guidelines related to construction plumbing, welding, HVAC integration, and site-specific procedures.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of pipe fitting, threading, and schematics reading.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe assembly techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards and heavy lifting practices.
• Familiarity with remodeling projects, field service operations, and handyman tasks.

Pay: $32.63 - $39.30 per hour
