Journeyman Plumber

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Perform field service tasks, addressing plumbing issues at various job sites.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation and repair tasks.
• Maintain plumbing systems by conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Execute pipe threading and welding as necessary for plumbing installations.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems to determine the best course of action for repairs.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on job sites to ensure project completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in various environments.

Skills

• Proficient in assembling plumbing systems with a strong understanding of plumbing codes.
• Experience with field service operations, demonstrating adaptability in diverse work environments.
• Skilled in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
• Knowledgeable in pipe threading techniques and welding processes.
• Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to perform minor repairs beyond plumbing when needed.
• Valid commercial driving license is a plus for transporting tools and equipment to job sites.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
