Job Description – Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and assist in preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily accounting entries in Tally

Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Maintain accurate books of accounts and documentation

Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions

Support senior accountants during audits and month-end closing

Handle invoices, bills, and GST-related work (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of Tally ERP

Understanding of balance sheet and basic accounting principles

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Good communication and record-keeping abilities

Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines
